What information we collect
Information we may collect directly from you
- Identification data that you give us personally identifying you e.g. name, organisational e-mail address, work mobile number job title

Information we may collect from third parties
We obtain information about business-to-business contacts from B2B sales intelligence platforms and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. This means we may collect personal data about you such as your name, job title, social media profile, organisational email address and work phone number. We process this information under legitimate interests for the purpose of marketing our products to you to grow our business.
Information about children
Our website and services are not intended for children under the age of 16, and as a result we do not intentionally collect personal data from children.
Information about candidates applying for a role with one of our clients
This privacy policy does not apply to individuals who have submitted personal data as a prospective candidate to a company using Reach ATS. You can access information about how that company processes your personal data via the careers site on which you applied.

Making a request relating to your personal data

How long we keep information
- Information required to perform a contract or relating to a business relationship: for the duration of our business relationship then 7 years from the end of the relevant financial year. Data may be stored for longer where we are legally required to do so
- Information we use to market our SaaS software, events and services that believe are relevant to you: 2 years after last contact with you or until you request to unsubscribe or be removed from our marketing list
- Information you have provided when requesting information about our SaaS software and services: 2 years after last contact with you or until you request to unsubscribe or be removed from our marketing list
- Cookie preference logs: 365 days
- Personal information relating to employment: 7 years from the end of the relevant financial year part from identification documents which is 2 years.

Sharing information outside the UK
We do not transfer personal information outside of the UK. All of our SaaS software services are hosted in UK based data centres. All third-party systems we use have data centres location within the EEA.
