How does your ATS use AI?

Reach’s AI features have been designed to support human decision-making, not replace it. We have focused on tools that will enhance efficiency and increase fairness in the hiring process. Features such as skill extraction, competency matching, and candidate scoring promote a responsible and ethical use of AI in recruitment.

Will you use our candidate data to train AI models?

Our AI tools will not be trained on your customer data. We use third-party AI models (like OpenAI) under strict data processing agreements to ensure your data privacy.

What data privacy measures are in place?

Reach is, and has always been, fully compliant with data privacy regulations. We employ industry-standard encryption, access controls, and regular security audits to protect all data within our ATS. Our ATS and its AI features are all GDPR compliant. If client’s work across multiple territories, we are happy to adapt our privacy measure, if required, to suit the data regulations of other countries.

Is your ATS working towards compliance with the EU AI Act?

We are proactively working towards compliance with the EU AI Act. While enforcement is scheduled for August 2, 2026, we are taking steps now to align with the Act’s requirements.
